I had some questions based on some issues following the contractor company's (nothing to do with Faber CNK) handling of the product post installation. This place is spectacular.  Wholesale prices sold straight to consumer.  I purchased a couple of hundred square feet of travertine for a patio I was installing myself.  Great prices.  Helpful staff.
